The pathology in the family courts is:
- A shared (induced) persecutory delusion with the allied parent as the primary case.
- A false (factitious) attachment pathology imposed on the child for secondary gain to the pathological (narcissistic-borderline-dark personality) parent.
- The child’s triangulation into the spousal conflict through a cross-generational coalition with the allied parent against the targeted parent, resulting in an emotional cutoff in the child’s attachment bond to the other parent.
- Child psychological abuse – DSM-5 V995.51.
- Spousal psychological abuse of the targeted parent by the allied parent using the child as the weapon – DSM-5 V995.82.
The patient should NEVER have to explain the pathology to the doctor – they should already know. The doctor should explain the pathology to the patient.
If the patient needs to educate the doctor about the pathology, that doctor is not competent in the pathology by demonstrated need to be educated.
